Originally an IP lawyer, Phil co-founded Channelfly plc which floated on AIM in November 1999. Phil has served on the boards of Channelfly and its related companies Campus Media plc and MAMA Group Plc. His experience with practical, legal and regulatory matters associated with starting, growing and running companies, as well as investment, flotations and corporate transactions, places him in an ideal position to help Boring's projects succeed.
